FLY CameraTerms of Service

These terms apply to the video services offered at fly-camera.com ("FLY Camera"). FLY Camera is a service of MTIRA LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By requesting a preview or buying a film you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We turn photos of a property that you provide or point us to into a short cinematic video ("film").
2. Your photos
- You confirm that you have the right to use the listing photos (and any logo or other material you send us) for this purpose, and that our use of them for your film does not infringe anyone's rights.
- We use your photos only to make your preview and your film. We do not publish your preview or film anywhere without your permission.
3. Free preview
- The first preview for a listing is free. It is private, carries a watermark and is shared with you by a private link.
- You are not obliged to buy anything after seeing a preview.
4. Paid film
- The price is the price shown for the selected package at checkout (founding-client discounts apply automatically while they last).
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- We deliver the clean film (without the watermark) within 1 business day after payment, unless stated otherwise for the package.
- The film is made from still photos. The camera movement between the photos is generated by software and may show small differences from the real property.
5. Your check before publishing
Before you publish or share the film, you check that it accurately represents the property. If something is inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it as described in the Refund policy. You are responsible for how and where you publish the film and for compliance with MLS and advertising rules.
6. Use of the film
After payment you may use the film to market the property (MLS, listing sites, social media, your website, email). We may show the film as an example of our work only with your permission.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any film is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the day of your order applies to that order.
