Privacy Policy

FLY Camera is a service of MTIRA LLC, Florida, USA ("we"). This policy explains what information fly-camera.com and our emails collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@fly-camera.com.

What we collect and why

Preview request form. When you ask for a free preview we store what you send: the listing or photos link, your email, and, if you add them, your name, phone, preferred package and message. We also store your confirmation that you have the right to use the photos, the page language, the blog article you came from (if any), your country (from your connection, not your exact location) and your browser type. We use this to make your preview and reply to you. A Cloudflare security check (Turnstile) runs on the form to stop spam.

Emails to real estate agents. We may email an agent about a listing using the agent's business name, brokerage and business email as published with the listing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep only your address on a do-not-email list, so we never write again. Replies you send to hello@fly-camera.com are stored with our correspondence.

Example links in our emails. The link to our sample film in an email may carry a short code. When the page opens we record that the code was used, when, the browser type, the network operator and the country, so we know whether the email was useful. We do not record your IP address for this.

Your private preview page. On a preview page we record when the film is opened, played and watched to the end (no IP address). If you send a question, we store your email and message. If you send branding for your film, we store the name, brokerage, phone, email or website, logo and headshot you upload.

Photo use authorization. Before ordering, you type your full name and confirm that you may use the listing photos for this video. We store your name, your email if we know it, the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, the page language and the exact text you agreed to, as a record of the authorization.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe sends us the payment status, amount, package and the email used for the payment, which we keep for our accounts.

Site statistics. We count clicks on the "Get a free preview" buttons by page and language, without any personal data. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep a small setting on your device (for example, the language you chose).

YouTube. We publish our own films on our YouTube channel @FLY-Camera. We do not collect information about people who watch them; YouTube's own privacy policy applies on YouTube.

Who processes the data for us

• Cloudflare (hosting, the database, email delivery and the spam check);
• Stripe (payments);
• Google (our mailbox, YouTube and the fonts on this site).

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Preview requests, correspondence and preview records: as long as needed to make and deliver your film and for our business records, then deleted.
• Payment and authorization records: as long as tax and legal rules require.
• The do-not-email list: permanently, so that we never write to you again.

Your choices

You can ask us at hello@fly-camera.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop all emails. Unsubscribing from any of our emails also works at any time. We answer within 30 days.

This site is for real estate professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
